PARENT AGREEMENT

We hope you have found the information in this Parent Handbook helpful. We ask you to please read and sign this agreement.

I hereby agree to comply with the policies and procedures of Kids’ Kingdom Family Child Care, regarding my commitment to my requested schedule, tuition, late fees, attendance, health, departure, pick-up policies, clothing, and other policies specified in the Parent handbook. I am aware of the scheduled paid closings and vacations.

I hereby agree to notify Kids’ Kingdom in writing two weeks in advance of my child’s withdrawal and/or agree to pay two weeks tuition in lieu of notice.
