Breakfast/Center Exploration-All meals and snacks meet or exceed state nutritional guidelines. To encourage independence meals are served "Family Style" so that children may learn to serve themselves.
Pitchers are also used for them to pour their own drinks. Assistance provided as needed.

Circle Time Lessons- Calendar, weather, stories, discussion of weekly theme, songs and stories related to theme, introduction to Sign Language/Spanish, name recognition games, letters, numbers, colors

Teacher Directed Activity Lessons- projects that
correspond to the different activity centers (arts & crafts, block area, science area, etc.) will be set up for the children to explore and perform throughout the week.

Group Story/Song Time- In addition to being exposed to an assortment of children’s literature, story tapes, felt boards, puppets, and instruments will also be used.
